Frequently asked
Do I need a doctor or referral?
No. Every Oriven panel includes the physician order, so you can purchase directly and walk in — no appointment, doctor's visit, or referral required.
Where do I get my blood drawn?
At any of 2,000+ Quest Diagnostics locations nationwide. After you order, you'll receive a requisition — bring it (or your confirmation) to whichever location is most convenient, on your own schedule.
When will I get my results?
Most results are reviewed by a licensed physician and delivered to your secure dashboard within 3–5 business days of your draw.
Is this HSA/FSA eligible?
Yes — most Oriven panels qualify for payment with HSA and FSA funds. You can use those cards at checkout.
How should I prepare?
It depends on the panel. Any fasting or timing instructions are listed on your requisition and confirmation email, so you'll know exactly what to do before you go.
Is my health data private?
Your results are encrypted and visible only to you. We never sell or share your health data.
Where is Oriven available?
Direct-access lab testing is available across most of the U.S. Due to state regulations, it isn't currently offered to residents of New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.
