Refunds
Because our products are diagnostic lab services, refunds are available only before a lab order form has been issued and used. Once your requisition has been generated and you have visited a lab to provide a sample, the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you have not yet used your lab order form, contact us at support@marekdiagnostics.com to request a cancellation and refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Issues with your order
If a test could not be processed due to a lab error, we will reprocess it or issue a refund. Reach out within 30 days of your sample collection.
